21 Days of Consecration - we are dedicating our time, effort, will and desires to God. We know that as we continue to live our lives as living sacrifices, our bodies, minds and spirits will be revitalized, recharged, regenerated and restored. Our relationship with our Father will be reignited and burn hot. As we are intentional in our pursuit of righteousness and holiness, we know that every good thing will be added to our lives.
These can be fresh, frozen, dried, juiced or canned. Some examples are apples, apricots, bananas, blackberries, blueberries, boysenberries, cantaloupe, cherries, cranberries, figs, grapefruit, grapes, guava, honeydew melon, kiwi, lemons, limes, mangoes, nectarines, oranges, papayas, peaches, pears, pineapples, plums, prunes, raisins, raspberries, strawberries, tangelos, tangerines and watermelon.
These can be fresh, frozen, dried, juiced or canned. Some examples are artichokes, asparagus, beets, broccoli, brussels sprouts, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, celery, chili peppers, collard greens, corn, cucumbers, eggplant, garlic, ginger root, kale, leeks, lettuce, mushrooms, mustard greens, okra, onions, parsley, potatoes, radishes, rutabagas, scallions, spinach, sprouts, squashes, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, turnips, watercress, yams and zucchini. You may eat veggie burgers.
Whole Wheat
Some examples are whole wheat, brown rice, millet, quinoa, oats, barley, grits, whole wheat pasta, whole wheat tortillas, rice cakes and popcorn.
Some examples are sunflower seeds, cashews, peanuts, walnuts and sesame seeds. Also, all-natural peanut butter.
These can be canned or dried. Some examples include dried beans, pinto beans, split peas, lentils, black eyed peas, kidney beans, black beans, cannellini beans, white beans.
Some examples are olive, canola, peanut, sesame, vegetable.
Any vinaigrette or Italian dressing.
Water (try to drink at least five (5) 8 oz. glasses each day), coffee (you may use non-dairy creamer), teas, carbonated fruit juice, plant-based milks (ex. almond milk) and 100% fruit/vegetable juice.
Tofu, soy products, vinegar, mustard, all-fruit sugar free jellies, seasonings, herbs and spices
Beef, lamb, port, seafood, fish, poultry, eggs. etc.
Milk, cheese, butter, cream, sour cream, margarine and any spreads.
Sugar, raw sugar, syrup, etc.
Fried meats, French fries, onion rings, etc.
Shortening, lard, butter, bacon grease, etc.
Steak sauce, barbecue sauce, marinara sauce, gravies, sweet and sour sauce, teriyaki sauce, butter sauce, lemon butter sauce, cream sauce, brown sauce, white sauce, hollandaise, remoulade, tartar sauce, pesto sauce, fruit sauce, caramel sauce, butterscotch sauce, chocolate sauce, hot fudge sauce, cream cheese, mayonnaise or any form of spread, etc. You may use mustard.

The two hours do not have to be all at one time. Allow Holy Spirit to lead you in your prayer times.
